ABOUT PROPERTY INSURANCE 

• Equipment and Machinery: The Equipment and Machinery insurance policy offers coverage to fixed equipment, semi-fixed, self-propelled machinery (not for public circulation): for protecting them from the risks during their use in construction projects and / or assembly of machinery.
• Electronic Equipment: This policy covers every accidental an unexpected losses or damages to low-voltage electronic equipment and computers, that are not due to any of the risks expressed as excluded by this policy.
• Construction all risks: The CAR insurance policy covers material damages and losses suffered by the insured assets and / or interests that are in the process of construction or assembly, which happen accidentally, suddenly and unforeseen.
• Erection all risks: The EAR insurance policy covers the equipment, tools, construction machinery, auxiliary facilities of every kind used in the work site for assembling or mantling any machinery or installation.
• Civil Works: This insurance covers loss or material damage caused directly to the insured property (civil, works) by fire and allied perils, lightning, explosion, natural phenomena, riot, strike and acts of vandalism.
• Machinery Breakdown: This policy is complementary to the fire insurance. The basic protection covers the loss or damage suffered by the machinery (static) described in the policy, whether or not it is in operation, which has been dismantled for inspection, cleaning, repair, transfer to another place within the property registered in the policy. There are additional protections such as: underground damage, tank contents, express freight, base or foundation for the machinery on which it rests, as long as it is covered by the policy.
• Fire all Risks: Covers damages to the property caused by the direct action of fire, heat, smoke, steam, or the means used to extinguish or contain the fire, debris removal, uninhabitability of the property, explosion and lightning damage
• Catastrophic Risks: Risk that has its origin in extraordinary and improbable events but which, due to their magnitude, involve a high amount of damage caused.
• Loss of Profits: Damage of a patrimonial nature. It consists the loss the insurer might have due to a potential loss of profit because of non-controlled or external reasons covered under the damage policy
• Machinery & Equipment: This policy covers machinery and equipment due to all risks; accidents that occur despite proper handling, as well as those that occur as a result of carelessness, inexperience or negligence of the driver. Collision by fixed or mobile objects, fire, nature events, and every risk not excluded.
• Electronic Equipment: Fire (with or without flame), the explosion of all kinds, direct lightning strike, fall of manned and unmanned aircraft. Damage from pipes, flood waters, floods, drains, thaw, and humidity.
